This  24 hour course prepares professionals to proficiently practice aromatherapy in health care organizations, facilities, and private practice.  The development of therapeutic relationships is continued with advanced interviewing and assessment skills followed by energy healing techniques with essential oils. 

Essential oil safety and toxicology (including topical and internal use) are identified, especially as they relate to medications, wound care and more.  Safety guidelines for vulnerable populations are discussed including the elderly and those with chronic conditions. 

Profiles of fourteen additional oils are given. The relationship to clinical care of these and the Level 1 & 2 oils are discussed. 

The student will be required to do ten case studies, at least two of which should relate to the student’s area of research and/or clinical practice (completed in homework). 

This dynamic course concludes with a discussion of the role of the Certified Clinical Aromatherapist in the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms of healthcare.

Students will need to purchase 4 additional 'required reading' books.

(Student must complete the Level 1 and Level 2  programs to enter the  Certified Clinical Aromatherapist Program)
